This training includes several workshops that introduce and explain the basics of Social Work (SW) practice. We use SW theory, modern clinical terms, social justice information, and code of ethics to engage and enhance your SW practitioners.  This training will help you answer specific questions including but not limited to: what is SW? What is the role of the Social Worker in my organization? How can we use best practice SW to meet the goals of our organization. Allow COPE to help you provide SW services in its best form.

Many Social Service agencies in Trinidad have not yet adapted a Case Management model, which is critical in SW practice. COPE has the skills to design and implement a working case management model unique to your organization's needs, including the procurement of an effective electronic case management system. We can help you meet your goals as it relates to Case Management to practice some of the key elements of SW like; Social Justice, Advocacy, and Collaboration.
